JJ Win Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Gaming Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and JJ Win ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the JJ Win platform at jjwin.world, including all games, features, promotions, and services available thereon.

By registering an account on JJ Win, logging in to an existing account, or otherwise using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the JJ Win platform and close your account.

These Terms are written in English and apply to all players accessing JJ Win from Pakistan or any other location where the platform is available. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version of these Terms and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

The JJ Win platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. JJ Win strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you declare that you are 18 or older and consent to age verification checks at any time.
• You must be a natural person (individuals only — corporate entities may not register player accounts).
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of JJ Win or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be a previously banned or suspended JJ Win account holder attempting to re-register.

JJ Win reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. This may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

To use real-money features on JJ Win, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires a valid Pakistani mobile number, which will be verified via SMS OTP. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep this information up to date throughout the life of your account.

One account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. JJ Win actively monitors for duplicate accounts. If you are found to have opened or operated more than one account — whether simultaneously or at different times — JJ Win reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending withdrawals, and retain any bonus-derived winnings from all accounts involved.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password. JJ Win will never ask you for your password via support channels. JJ Win reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time. Identity verification may require submission of a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or other documentation as reasonably requested.

JJ Win accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. JJ Win does not charge any platform fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. JJ Win will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned to their source and your account may be reviewed for compliance.

All deposited funds are held in a dedicated player funds account and are treated as player funds, not as platform revenue, until such time as they are wagered and lost or withdrawn. JJ Win does not use player funds for operational expenses.

• Minimum single deposit: Rs 200
• No deposit processing fees charged by JJ Win
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted
• Deposits must be used for gaming activity and are subject to standard AML (Anti-Money Laundering) monitoring
• JJ Win reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits

If a deposit is made in error or a player wishes to reverse a deposit before any wagering activity has taken place, they should contact JJ Win support immediately. Reversal of a deposit that has already been partially or fully wagered is not possible.

JJ Win processes withdrawal requests to the same payment methods used for deposits, in PKR, subject to identity verification and the conditions set out below. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. JJ Win does not charge withdrawal processing fees.

Withdrawal requests are processed according to the following timelines: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically completed within 5 minutes of approval; NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals within 10 minutes; bank IBFT transfers within the same working day, subject to receiving bank processing times.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Withdrawals only to payment accounts in the account holder's own name
• Identity verification (CNIC) required before the first withdrawal and for withdrawals exceeding Rs 50,000
• For jackpot wins exceeding Rs 10,00,000, JJ Win's verification team will contact you within 24 hours prior to processing
• Bonus-derived winnings are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility
• JJ Win reserves the right to delay processing during fraud investigations without prior notice

JJ Win offers various promotions and bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP Club rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the Promotions page at the time they are offered, and to the general bonus conditions set out here.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. • Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address
• Bonuses are for real-money play only and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash directly
• JJ Win reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was claimed in error, fraudulently, or in violation of these Terms
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in the individual promotion terms — expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited

• Players who request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement will have the bonus and associated winnings removed from their balance

Promotional abuse — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, the use of betting strategies designed specifically to exploit wagering requirements, or any coordinated activity with other accounts to generate bonus claims — is a violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

JJ Win is committed to providing a fair, honest gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Collusion: Any form of communication or coordination between players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker and Ludo multiplayer games.
• Use of automated software: Bots, auto-clickers, scripts, or any software that automates gameplay decisions are not permitted.
• Game manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through technical exploits, bugs, or vulnerabilities. Players who discover a technical error must report it to support immediately rather than exploit it.
• Chip dumping: Deliberately losing in multi-player games to transfer funds to another account.
• Money laundering: Using the JJ Win platform to deposit, wager minimally, and withdraw funds as a method of transferring or concealing money from illegal sources. JJ Win cooperates fully with financial intelligence units and law enforcement.
• Identity fraud: Registering using another person's identity or documents.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback with a payment provider after depositing funds on JJ Win. Accounts associated with chargebacks will be immediately suspended and the matter referred for legal recovery.

JJ Win's monitoring systems run continuously and are designed to detect these behaviours automatically. Suspicious activity triggers a manual review process. During a review, affected accounts may be temporarily restricted from withdrawals while the investigation is ongoing.

JJ Win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request
• Player-initiated self-exclusion or account closure request

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, JJ Win will endeavour to complete the investigation and communicate the outcome to the player within 30 days. During the suspension period, the player will not be able to access their account or make withdrawals. If the investigation concludes that no violation has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a Terms violation, any funds remaining in the account balance will be handled in accordance with the findings of the investigation and applicable law. Bonus-derived winnings from a violated account are not payable under any circumstances.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so by contacting JJ Win support via live chat. Upon account closure, any real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's registered payment method.

• Any loss arising from a player's reliance on game results that were later identified as affected by a technical error, subject to JJ Win's error settlement policy in Section 8

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes JJ Win's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

JJ Win's total liability to a player in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless a greater liability is required by applicable law.

JJ Win reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, JJ Win will provide notice to registered players via email to the address on file or via a notification displayed upon login. The updated Terms will be effective from the date they are posted on this page.

Your continued use of the JJ Win platform after the updated Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect.
